Buddy List is Unstable in UK4

Buddy List is bugged only in UK 4 Server (others seem fine as I checked). Needs fixing, it's pretty annoying not being able to communicate with friends as normally.

Error messages:

Buddy server is unstable. Unable to display.

Buddy server is disconnected.

Happens to me as well. I'm assuming this only happens if you're joining a server out of your location, like a North American going into a UK server (more specifically the UK4 server because it usually has the most traffic/players).

But sometimes, you can fix this bug if you go idle in the lobby of the UK server before playing for about 5-10 minutes. This can help stabilize the buddy server, it just may take some time.
