Lag and Spin/point purchase issues

For the last two days, I've tried purchasing Z8 points by both of my cards. Each time I finished filling all my info, an error would say that the method I tried using was not currently available... Then today, I had 19 spins on the spin thing. I (barely) was able to spin it 7 times. Well after waiting and waiting for the website to catch up with my "Spin" click, it then said I had zero spins. Now, I can't even load a page on the website unless I go through z8 games instead of straight to the crossfire website. If I click on anything to do with the spin wheel, the page takes forever to load and then freezes. Can someone please tell me that this will all be fixed before the 13th? Last time something like this happened and it didn't get fixed before the event ended, I got screwed over and left for over a year. I just want assurance that this will be fixed before the event is over so everyone can have a chance to take part in the event and I don't rage quit for a couple of years.
