spin the wheel

hello guys,
i got a problem but i don't know what is that!
until now i spinned the wheel 10 times and won many stuff but i didn't got it in game (in my storage), like the pumpkin mask, i won it 3 times but can't found it in game.
all i can found is the black and rainbow flames and +exp which i don't need.
so i wanted to know if that's a bug or it's just me?
