Can't play

I can't play here in my house it says failed to download version.ini but when i play in my friends house and in my university i can play.. is my wifi the problem or something else is wrong

Are you using the same computer? Obviously if this is the same device a problem is about Internet connection but if those devices are different it might be an antivirus software causing the problem.
