UK Servers are really messed up!

It's happened before and it comes from time to time (an old bug still un-resolved)... All our UK servers don't work stable as they seem to struggle to start a game and end up kicking everyone from the game/room most of the time when this bug happens in our servers.

Tonight for instance it's re-occurring as we speak and it really bothers me that nothing is done to fix this old issue..

I just want to know what's going on, have our United Kingdom Servers been moved or damaged or is it the hackers ruining our game infrastructure!?

Hope GM's are aware as this truly is a let down for all the UK players!

PS: NA Servers seem fine, only UK gets this bug/crash or at least more often..

Update: All UK servers have gone back to normal at least for now (after such a long wait).. But I bet it's not fixed, as at any moment this bug could return. I still want an answer from any GM in why this happens to our UK servers (if they care enough to let us know).

i would like to have answers too. Uk servers in Germany doesn't make sense and there are not even stable. If you want to make a server to a place to be close to everyone remove on from uk servers and host it wherever you want but as a CF UK it has to have an actual uk server

news flash: "na" servers are in Canada,so your point is? It's Crossfire CA/GER if you really have the time to nitpick the server's location.

Well, NA stands for North America which includes the United States and Canada, as it is a region and not a country.

Come-on guys, does anyone know what causes these UK servers to crash/lag and FPS spike?

I surely do hope Z8 Staff are planning to fix these grave issues ASAP. We need answers!

Today's mayhem (same sh*t different day)!

Okay with all respect WDF is going on Z8!?!?

Once again we get another bad day in the UK servers.. I was playing S&D with 15 other players (full room) until we got kicked out with a typical disconnection/crash that sent us to the lobby.

We crashed out of the game room exactly at 23:11 PM (GMT+1) at UK1 channel 6.

Please for the love of humanity can you GM's pass this on to our Dev's so they can FIX/clean out our UK servers otherwise this game will die before we even get to 2016!

Wow, no response yet... Where are the GM's at when we need them the most!

We just want to know if Z8 staff are aware of these abnormal PING and FPS spikes along with the game Disconnections/Crashes that occur a lot in the UK servers!?!

I have to bump this thread again as it seems that this weeks update/maintenance has failed on providing us with more stable server connections in the UK.

Not sure about NA but UK servers continue to lag tremendously that many rooms crash simultaneously.

Z8, you still have to accomplish in giving us steady Servers until then the community will be frustrated and unhappy with the games services.

Edit: I'd like to add that the last crash many players had was in the UK1 and UK4 at 21:16 GMT+1 (my time).
