2 major errors!

Get this, not just does the game constantly close after saying 'Hack tool in use' but I literally need over a half hour to launch the game. I tried to launch it, nothing happened. I just said "To h*ll with it" and went to watch a half hour video. At the end of the video almost, the game finally launches. It took about 35 minutes! How do I A) Fix the fact that im not hacking despite the game accusing me of it, and Get the game to not launch after 35 minutes of clicking "start"
