Edge Of screen completely black

So I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. I've been using the resolution 800x600 since almost forever and now when I use it with windows 10 the sides are cut off and their cut off for all resolutions except the last few. I've never had this problem before with windows 7. I haven't changed my monitor or anything and I can't find a solution. Anybody got help?

Been facing the same issue as well, guess the only way is to adapt to a higher resolution. You'll soon get used to it
