Windows 10 cant fullscreen game

After I installed Windows 10, my game cannot fully fullscreen (edges are cut off). This occurs when I use windowed menu mode but doesn't happen when I use fullscreen menu mode (which I dont like to use). What is a fix?

Well, the only way to fix it is to set the game to "Full-Screen Mode" in the settings. The windowed mode doesnt work since a half year and they still didnt fix it.

But yeah, you cannot see how many bullets ya got. This is not painfull
