Why do egys always have so much trouble with the P and B? Serious question.

Also, you could get the axe perm for 50 or 60 coupons but smilegate felt the need to give us temp weapons that no one wants. So you cant get it anymore.

They won't put a permanent axe back in the coupon system.
You can either try your luck with the occasional ZP crates that contain axe (right now the Red Spider Web crates) or you can wait for them to release the VIP axe, but there is no telling when that will come out.
