Recent problem

Well quite recently not more than 2 patches ago ive noticed my shots are hitting the oposing team but alot of the time they get little or no damage. Even sometimes when they are standing still for a bit then move. Ive seen blood watched the replays etc and ive confirmed they are hits, and I dont spray I tap fire or burst fire so any ideas? my ping is 150 and my fps is usually about 80-130.

yo guys can yall help me i cant play crossfire and i uninstalled it and when i download it again it gives me the old version plz help it's really pis$ing me off cause i paid money for this game and then all of the sudden i cant play anymore can someone give me a link on where to download the new version plz
