Dogs tags not stacking???

I went through and plays all night long last night and completed my dog tags expect for the Letter R now i have gotten the letter r 5 times and it will not stack on my dog tags ...i already have the new gun as in a cashed my dog tags in when the new gun came out.....now mine appear to be bugged ....don't know if anyone else is having this issue but its annoying i just want to finish my event i still have 11 more bonus mission tickets but i don't want to use them when i am getting the letter i need and it wont stack....i sent a support ticket and tried to relog but nothing.....

Dude, this is normal. The dogtag you get it randomly, like crates.

I have used 11 extra missions to get the LAST dogtag.....

This is not Normal i have gotten my tags before i just collected them for the cf05 right before the event started? I have gotten the letter i needed over and over and it is not counting what about that is normal.........again i have gotten the LETTER RRRRRRRRR over and over and it is not counting on my dog tag screen.....

The R and R2 count as two different characters. You could get 10 normal Rs without getting the R2 and it wouldn't stack. This is completely normal. You are just having bad luck.
