[Windows 8.1] CF Just works on 800x600 !!!

Hello guys,
That happen When i try to play CF on 1366x768 (As usual on wins7 , Before)

Actually its not error. But its not loading the rest. Just the quarter and stops like that.


How to fix?

Well , It only works on 800x600
