I guess it depends on time.

He lies often so his nose does grow, so indeed his nose is growing.
but if he means at this very particular moment in time my nose is growing then it would be a lie and force it to grow, before it grew it was not growing and he was in deed lying.

I'm still so confused. Like he says it's growing, he is telling the truth, but if he is lying it will grow, so that makes him not lying. Is that correct? Geez, I have a headache cuz of that. xD

Freeze frame it. If I have to eat a spoon full of ice cream every time I tell a lie... If I'm holding the spoon and say I am eating ice cream at that moment in time surely I am lying for the spoon is in my hand, not in my mouth. Then I am lying and must eat the ice cream, a separate event in time.

Now while I am eating that ice cream if I were to say I am eating ice cream I must stop because I am not lying anymore.
