New character name bug?

Just made an account and started the game but when I get the message to put a name for the character the Ok button is greyed out. No matter what name I put there, when I press Confirm the game stays there forever(no message at all), Ok button greyed out and the Cancel button does absolutely nothing. I'm using the NA client, and I'm not on any of the red regions, internet speed is fine. Made a ticket but apparently it was deleted... "not found" when I use the ticket number, no information on it either. Tried different names, with no symbols, special characters, etc. Ok button is still greyed out and confirm button still does nothing. Made fresh restart/install of game, turned off AV, made exclusions, and so on nothing helped. Anyone experienced this issue before? If so please help.
