If you're buying a pre-build computer, its generally more expensive than buying the pieces separately and building your own. However, it is a bigger hassle to build it yourself.
For games like Crossfire, (if you really intend on sticking to the Nvidia GeForce series,) a GTX 960 should be more than enough. I would recommend getting the 4GB version if so, which is roughly ~$200 USD, though 2GB should be enough for CrossFire.
If you have extra to spend, the GTX 970 is good for pretty much every game you can get your hands on, but will cost ~$150 USD more. The good thing about the 970 is that its performance will hold up for years before you have to upgrade.
You might also want to be aware of the other specifications of the computer. It should have at least an i5, quad core processor and 8GB of ram. Otherwise, the other parts of your computer won't be able to catch with your graphics card and thus, limiting performance.
If you do plan on building a computer, i'll be glad to help you list components you should get on pcpartpicker provided you give me your budget and location if you don't live in the United States. -

Ops , sorry for this confused but its laptop.
Check the first post here again as I updated it with more info.
I think my budget to buy gpu is 50 ~ 70 $
Which means: 370 ~ 450 L.E (Country : Egypt)
(1$ = 7.5 LE or something like that)
Hope you suggest good one for me -
For what I know, on 99% of all laptops its not even possible to upgrade your GPU since its Intergrated in your mother board.
Well, it's not impossible per say, it' just not recommended at all since it's not as easy as a desktop, basically you have to take your motherboard apart, and it can damage it.
I think you shouldn't try to change your graphic card. Nvidia's program looks good, but I don't think its worth the risk, especially since you should be able to play smoothly with fraps. -

I sent my laptop to my father friend and he will install new windows , Format "C" (user local) and will clean the fan (get it out and clean it from dust then put it back)
Is there anything else to do so that it make my pc so fast as it was when i had bought it? -

Well, you can't fight the time. components get old (and are made so that they get old and almost non-functional after a few years). Heat, humidity, everything affects your computer over time, but I don't see why it shouldn't be fast enough for what you did before. -

Oh, a laptop is a completely different story. Honestly, I would recommend not trying to upgrade your laptop and getting either a new laptop or buying a desktop. Laptops are generally a pain to try to upgrade. To be honest, 70 USD can't even get you half of a gpu in the US, but I'll try to see what I can do after my classes finish. -

But how much will great gaming new pc cost me?
Thanks for that help man -
Okay.
But how much will great gaming new pc cost me?
You mean playing gta v at ultra 4k or only crossfire?
A midrange pc that will run games like btf 4 or gta V at medium/high with a good steady fps will start at around 600/700 euro, excluding screen, keyboard etc. Im talking about building it yourself, not about pre built pc's and I have no idea how much 700 euro is in your country. -
[MOD]Andrew wrote: »Sell laptop, start a farm. Build a rig and get triple Sli 970s Gtx.
Just remember gpu doesn't help out cf fps.
So what helps the fps?
Tell me how do you record with shadowplay perfectly and with 220 fpsWhats your deffinition of a "great gaming pc"?

GPU: I would recommend the Geforce-GTX 750 ti. It runs csgo, bf4 etc with high settings.
Price: It will cost you around 140 bucks.
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K
Price: 230 bucks -

It's all about the CPU for CF. Look up your laptop mobo and see if you have the best CPU it can handle currently installed. If so, then there is nothing you can really do except invest in a new rig. -

My CPU is better than it
Laptop processors are designed to take as less power as possible to save your battery, and to produce less heat preventing your laptop to overheat due to less cooling power compared to a desktop.
So talking about performance id bet on the i5 4670K. -
ranskalainen wrote: »You dont know how to install windows?
just download one put to usb and install. Not hard at all.
Also he will install some good programs (media player ..etc)Usually an i7 is better than i5, but you're comparing a laptop processor to a desktop processor.

I have 8 core cpu's but it does not really matter for CF as it only utilizes 1 of them. -

Transferring my clips over would be epic, its about 400mb per minute of footage.
Just having 8 cores does not really make it a nice pc. Like one of my old servers has dual xeon x5365, its quite mediocre compared to the stuff out there today.
My main pc I started building the end of november, it was a lot. lol -

if U use fraps , just make it full size / 120 fps.
If you record from replays will not take much , since you will just record the frag & smooth death & smooth player. (All of that maybe 2 minutes only)
Also , you can use Sony Vegas pro 13 ( I will give you it crack Just kidding , lol ) to trim the un needed stuff.. Then render
Please note , when I rendered my cffa 2015 submission it was 3 minutes but the clip after render was 300 Mb ( 1028p HD )
What do you think *-* ?
CFAA team together we can be better than cfdb hhhhh -
[MOD]Andrew wrote: »lol yeah let's not share pirating stuff on here. I do have a legit version of 12 but don't care for how long it takes to slap something together.
