and the acc get charge back i charge from person stolen money and i don't know

i send first ticket from 3 day and send reply my charge back is 49$ and ok i send new ticket again from 2 day have code karama koin 49$ and now i wait 3 day again and now time 11:45:49 AM and support center open in 9 AM To 6 PM from Monday to Friday

now what shoud i do the pre-order done in 1 day i want to make new order for D.E VIP !!
