CrossFire Error issue

Well there is a problem with my crossfire a friend of mine got the same problem idk if u guys have it too , everytime i join any game the game becomes frozen then i dc with an error " Failed to connect to host server " sent a support ticket and the respond was that i should post this problem here so they can see if there is anyone else got the same problem so if u do just say it thx ...

I have the same problem and so many others as I can see in the forum. it has something to do with being engaged in the game immediately. On the other hand if you join a round based mode (S&D, any mutation, etc...) as spectator, then the next round u can play normally till the end of the game.
Sent them a maintenance ticket but still waiting for the second response.
Hope they can fix it soon. it's tooooooooooooo annoying.
