That is actually just there estimate sometimes maint doesn't take as long and sometimes it usually takes longer all depends. So there really isn't a fixed time even if they give a specific amount of hours

Same thing happened to me went through so much hassle to get the zp and it wouldn't let me Pre-order. Timer for me was at 2 hrs something.
