I logged in both on site and ingame.. Is there a certain server i join? or do i have to wait.. i logged in yesterday too

I'm guessing the rewards will take a bit of time to be added to your account. But rest assured on the fact that they will. You could play a few games or something to further ensure the login. That wouldn't hurt.

Also don't forget that you can login 30 days straight to qualify for a permanent AK or M4 silver of your choice.

I'm not sure if the temporary rewards are automatically delivered by our system or manually done. I saw that some have them already. So the GMs are not in the office for the weekend. I think your rewards will most likely be in your inventory sometime early next week.

I am having the same issue here. I received the mail on 21/8/15 and I logged in on 22/8/15.
Today is 23/8/15 but I have not yet received those items. And do I count 30 days from 22/8/15 ?

People DID get the rewards. They are being manually delivered.

Alright, I'm sorry for that. But is that fair that the GM's neither deliver those items nor even reply to the person so that he or she may know that his or her transaction/delivery is on progress for confirmation ? Today is the 6th day of my coming back but still I did not receive a single item from them and I even hope that m4a1 silver permanent will also not be delivered. And even if those temp. items will be delivered till when ?

Yes.... No Rewards..... I did not know that the digital manual delivery takes much more time than amazon delivery

Ok, seems the GMs now won't reply about our status. 7 days and not a single reward yet.

Enough is enough...... This is now 8 or 9 days and you all neither reward us nor answer us. Only ignore us. I also play other games which follow the same support ticket helpdesk and i get reply from them in few hours even when they have less GM than you all. I don't know what is the problem ... maybe all the GMs went together to Saudi Arabia to earn $$ and leave the GM desk empty. Many players complain against some of the lazy GMs but they only and only ignore the players.

They are famous for taking their time with everything. If you were sent an email, you will get your prizes sooner or later. (rather later :rolleyes:)

Lol yeah and of course thats toooooo much time for them to type or deliver items and maybe they deliver the items after 1 month so i wont receive my silver weps.

While they may be slow, they always hand out the rewards to those who are qualified. Just log in everyday till the end of September and you will get it. Though I suggest joining a game and playing a bit. If you die once or get at least one kill, it is already enough and you can leave. This helps making it sure that you got registered.
