problem with "timed out waaiting for initaling xtrap-engine.

Hey I just download the crossfire and when I started playing the game the game didn't pop up and after a while the message pop up like in the title.
can anyone help me?
P.S I tried everything uninstall,restart the window

If you find any solution there you are lucky:)
You can also try changing the IE8 to IE7 or IE6 (it helped to my two friends).
