63 marks and NO REWARD YET!!!!

This is to inform you that, its been almost 2 days, I haven't received the reward on reaching 63marks of the summer school event!! i had checked my event page on 8th of august, it will clearly showing 63 marks!!! i havent got any reward after reaching 63.. nothing!!! 2 days are over andi need my crates, weapon for 30 days and smoke granade!
