Xfire Error. Please fix or refund me.

Hello, I've been trying to play crossfire, but as soon I open the game, it closes with an xfire error, saying that I use a malisious tool.

It does that since I made my macro for cs:go. Which won't affect this game. The macro I got on the other game is to buy the weapons at the start of each waves.

If I close Razer Synapse (the keyboard controller program.) the game still won't open.
The problem for now, is that I want to play crossfire.
But the game just don't want to open.

I won't take a normal keyboard just for cf. That's for sure. This one cost me 130$...
(I got a Razor Blackwidow Ultimate.)

Can you please fix that xfire error?
I'll make a refund if you can't fix that. I didn't paid for a V.I.P gun to then get my game crashing because of a keyboard that your game don't support...

  • It write that it detects a outside software that is seen like a cheat by xfire.

The problem, is that I searched in the processes and only softwares that runs on a default new windows computer was on.
There was no cheat softwares or any illegal softwares/tools that was running.
Even, I don't have any on my computer. So I don't really know why the game started to crash like that...

As soon I've set my macro's on cs:go (which is allowed, because it's only to buy the guns faster than click on each buttons...) it started to make xfire send the error message.

I'll try to redownload the game, maybe it will help.

As soon I get the game downloaded back, I'll post a reply here.

    BAHAHAHAHA xD

    @OP
I had this issue 4 months ago or so, I used to solve it by doing the following things
    • Disabling my anti virus
    • Using CCleaner. Yes, it was required to remove any virus/hack considered malicious for xtrap LMAO.
    • Closing all the open programs and keeping CF only opened.
The xtrap here sucks so hard, it can detect skype as a hacking software.. LOL
PS: I was trying to use Razer Cortex to increase my fps, and xtrap detected it as a hack. So I would recommend your razer program and restart your pc, try cf again.
