Wrench Halloween in coupon list ?!

Hey hey ,
Just suggesting getting wrench-H permanent in coupon list for 125 coupon.
125 coupons for rarely permanent weapon. Such as halloween/xmas/spring. After this kind of events end , 125 coupon items will be LOCKED , until the next event or whatever U name halloween/xmas .

Good idea?
