ok , i have 10fps for like 10-20 min then out of nowhere spikes to 100 for like 2-3 minutes. Im playing on a HP 2009m , desktop. Anyone could help me get my fps at 50+ all the time?

Task Manager - End all uselss processes but be cautious
Turn down resolution
Make sure you have good internet connectivity
Maintain reasonable ambient and hardware temperature
