hello guys.
I have another account on z8games, which was created on 2011.
I remember only email and i restored my password, but i forgot my ID.
In order to write in support I must have the ID which I don't have.
Please tell me what to do!

The ID is the most basic information of your account.
You can't change it and they won't tell you what your ID is even if you know all other information.

Try finding the email you got when you made the account. Since you know your email, you should be able to do this, though it will take time. Otherwise you can't do much.
