Setup was unable to create the directory?

I been having this problem where i try to install Crossfire but the setup always read:
"Setup was unable to create the directory "C:\Temp/"Input File Text"
Error 5: Access is denied
Can someone please help me fix?

Maybe your antivirus software ( security software ) block your OS account, maybe you not have admin rights right now because of this.
