Wikipeidia defines a program that is allowed by Xtrap called Growler Guncam. Quote from wikiepidia :Growler Guncam is a video game recording tool that allows a user to record video and sound from the computer without additional hardware. Guncam can create video from what the user sees on his screen, both in games or on the computer desktop. This video can be exported to AVI files to make movies, exported to animated GIF files for webpages, or it can be simply used to improve game-play. Guncam can also capture individual screenshots as JPG images.

One point in that paragraph points out that it can be used to improve gameplay, if you can change the coding to the .dlls and its files it can literally be turned into a chamming program and so forth, Xtrap needs to ban this program, Clans who use this Program are: HelloKitties Havocs and various different either clans out there... please prevent the use of this illegal gaming program to other clans.

The entire West Coast server witnessed the clan HelloKitties referring this Program as a Screen recorder, but wikipeidia and various other sources state that it is a guncam which is not a screen recorder, screen recorders like Xfire and Fraps cannot be turned into a hack by modifying files and .dlls. This program is used as a hack in various other games such as Counter Strike and MMORPGs
