It is possible to get banned for no reason. Tho telling by the guys name he either glitched or cheated or tried to scam.

Send in a support ticket if you really didn't do anything to get banned, they can help you if you was in fact banned for no reason no one on these forums can help nor will they believe you ( i know from exp ).

With Windows 10 out, it wouldn't surprise me if xtrap is doing it to them as well since its not suppport 100% yet.
