"Failed to connect to server"

Running Crossfire on Windows XP SP3 it worked fine until today.

I type my login details, press enter and it just says "Failed to connect to server"

No other programmes open, no internet/ISP issues, running through cable also not a driver issue.

Oh and for the past few days I've been getting massive lag spikes, it's definitely not my internet.

My Advice -> go use Win 7 is most stable and CF run great !
But also you can use multiple S.O. (made a multi boot option..see google) on same PC if you still wanna use XP .... but not for play CF anymore...

Okays. I only use it for crossfire, I think I will just install win 7
