error lag and Failed to start a game

You can not start games when you want to get a log to play the game closing erros and crashes to the lobby ... in the message out that the server is full .
but on the other servers that are empty and what started off the same problem ... please help other problem is to be playing there and sweat sudden lag in the UK and NA solved soon and I hope to play with normal thanks
