So whenever I buy Ak47-Camo GP Crates, I spin 7 of them although I buy 10, when I want to spin the 8th crate it says "Item confirmation failed".. Upon leaving and entering the server again I see that the crates are now gone.. I thought this was a 1 time thing so I bought 10 AK-47 Camo crates, left the server without spinning any of the crates. When I came back I saw that there were only 8 crates in my "owned crates" section.. I have at least lost 16 crates like this, who knows if I could win the AK-47 Camo with 16 crates? Please solve this and maybe hook me up with the lost crates?

A similar thing happened to me once when the servers were lagging, all of the prize slots showed a Global Risk Swat character instead of the prizes that should have been in the crate and it said item confirmation failed, when I logged back in that single crate was gone but I have no idea whether I received any of the temp prizes from that crate since I already had all of the temp items from it for over 100 days.

It usually happens when you don't have a good connection to the servers or the servers are lagging. I've heard some people say that at times it only happened to them with one type of crate while all other crate types worked fine but I've never experienced that.

If it happens again wait at least a day before you open or buy any more crates.
