FPS dropping, lagging and "out of memory" error?

Someone help me!

Toshiba are being useless and ignorant, they just keep sending automated replies and everyone in the forum has no idea what I'm talking about :/

I started playing Crossfire again 2 days ago. My fps is around 50 but it will regularly drop to 12-16fps.

I have a new Laptop now a Toshiba Satellite AMD A4 L50D.

These are the basic specs: 11796223_10206151430137915_3254327982629659536_n.jpg?oh=1a72855d6842c769b008f445bedfd631&oe=560FEF84

I have tried increasing the virtual memory, cleaning the fans, thermal paste and razor cortex Gamebooster, tweaking the in game graphics settings and the graphic settings on my PC, for some reason I am not allowed to have AMD catalyst control centre, I heard its because Toshiba won't allow it and therefore all of the drivers are out of date, So I can only make really basic changes to the graphics with the Toshiba display software. Also tried clearing the registry with CCleaner. Nothing seems to improve the stability. My drivers are up to date so is Windows, my PC isn't over heating and I should also add that I had to do a fresh install one week ago.

Can anyone give me some advice that I haven't already tried?

Thanks :)
