Can't login into WWW / kicked too often.

Hi, I can't login into website, I'm typing my login and password same as in game, but then I saw "incorrect pass/login"
But I can login into game with out any problem, so there is something bugged.
This problem is about another account.
I make two tickets in two ways, and two times support don't want help me.
I also don't remember email adress, because I register this account few years ago.
Because of this bug, I can't check my ribbons and earn ZP.

I'm really annoyed of this game, this is my last ask for help, If CF don't help me, it's END!
I'm very often kicked for "hacks" so I lost many GP, many kills, and get injury on my psyche.
The last help for me is buy ZP, buy char(commando looks nice) and have hope that kids don't kick me(hackers dont buy ZP).
I register this account even 4 years ago, but I get few long breaks for this game, because of kicks, so this is one of the biggest reasons why I forget email adress.
Kicking system is extremly ret*rded, if the rooms is full(16), you are PRO, and kill everyone, have ace etc. it's enought that two people can kick me!
Because of course all enemy team will agree(8), one cryer that want get my ace, and last one that likes to press f11, and done, you are kicked because you are PRO!
What a stupid thing!
It should be 14-15x f11 to kick somone, not 10x!
I lost even 5000-800 kill/dead from kicks on GM!!!

You must contact CF Support (Account administrator) to slove this issue.
Also note , No one can help you with this problem than our [GM]s
Try to provide to them with more info. about the account which suffering from this problem.


Sorry for kick problem. It really sucks that people have to go and abuse a feature that was meant to help

"Try to provide to them with more info. about the account which suffering from this problem."
I writed everything I know in first ticket, and add from game - screen shot in second ticket.
In reply to first ticket they say that some info dont match and I filled unproperly field(s).
Yeah, i'm not robot, so I probably write something wrong(register date etc.) and I don't filled email field because I forget this fcking email, omg...
It seems that this game(bugs), players(kicking kids) and admins(don't understand and don't help) are very reta.rded and I should stop playing this game...
Many gm bl players will be very happy reading this...

Its not critical data that can be used to stole account.
It should be enough for me, because this info will remind me email password.

I am sorry,I don't have a silution to you problem but no one can see his ribbons because clan page under maintance/repairing/down ( I can't rember the word ). You will when it comes up.

Its the smallest problem, main problem is that I cant earn ZP w/o which I cant continue playing cf because of kids.

If they said that info are wrong and arent enough then you need the right one to recovery your account.
No one can help you IN Account administrator problems than CF Support.

The only solution is Trying to remember them.

I assure you, we do understand that you would like help with the account. Support will be very happy to give you that assistance. However, before we do, you have to prove that the account in question is in fact your account. We cannot take for granted that it is yours without proof. Everyone that goes to account administration needs to prove an account is theirs before they receive help.

Support needs three (3) correct pieces of information on the support form (the place where you fill in the pieces of information above 'additional information').

For security reasons, we do not give any information out about an account.

A screenshot in no way proves ownership. It proves that someone, somewhere was on the account at some time. It does not prove that you created the account, nor does it prove that it was you that took the screenshot.

Humans do read and reply to the tickets. A human is checking all of your submitted information against the information that is on the account.
