I went to support 10 times and sumbitted so much tickets and all u do is nothing to help me get my acc back and Im getting very angry about this situation. I pay 2 thousand to this game and till this day all my accounts were hacked. I wanted to contact u admins on a 1 on 1 talk but none of you can help me. I dont feel like wasting my time and money on this game if you guys dont solve this

I assure you, support does not "do nothing".

If you are getting a message that states that you don't have enough correct information, you will need to provide more information on the support form (the form that is above Additional Information).

If you are getting another message, it is probably more specific to your account, and probably can't be talked about on the forum.

If you didn't get the right answer then its YOUR fault. Yes! Your fault , Because you didn't provide them with enough info.
