Login screen freeze ??

first of all, hello everyone i wrote this thread cuz i have had this problem for awhile,problem is when i try to type my password in to login game, the screen suddenly freeze and pop on notice " Client is not responding " and kick me out after my 2nd click. I tried to uninstall it but it seem didnt help. Then i tried to seek everywhere on forum to see if anyone have the same problem but i couldnt find. please help me if anyone know the solution or any thread mention about this dat i has missed thank alot
