Key config wont save.

So I got this small but annoying problem.
I always have capslock as my walk button, but after reinstalling my windows to clean up my pc my keyboard settings ingame wont save.

But the strange thing is, when I go to the settings ingame it says I already have capslock configured as walk button. I have to change it from capslock to capslock again and it wil work. Untill i change servers or relog, then I have to configure it again.

And heres a screenshot from after changing the settings so I can walk with capslock.

But it always changes itself back to how it is on the first screenshot.
Any help would be appreciated.

Open the images with Paint, somewhere you should see a resize option to click then a window will pop up and you check the box that says pixels, then set the width of the image to 800 and as long as the "maintain aspect ratio" box is checked the height of the image will resize by the same ratio as the width. In case you want to save the original full size image choose "save as" and save the new smaller image as a different name(like add a 1 to the end of the name), if you don't care about the original bigger image just select save to replace the original bigger image with the new smaller image. 800 pixel width is the maximum that won't stretch the forum borders.

try resetting it and than try changing it to caps lock,if this doesn't work try using windows on-screen keyboard to set caps lock for walk.
btw why do you use caps for walk ? large hand ?

I use Shift to crouch because I find that more confortable than ctrl. So I had to move walk too. Thats why it is on capslock. Il go online and try the things you said.

Edit: I tried resetting to default but the problem still occurs.
I opened on screen keyboard and put CF in windowed mode to try and set capslock for walk but when I click on "capslock" with my mouse it selects left mouse button as walk. So that doesnt really work lol.

oh yeah i forgot that you have to click to use it

btw i tried changing my control and they are working fine,try re installing CF as UI_Options folder in CF directory might have been messed up.

I reinstalled twice because the first time I forgot to delete the remaining folders. Stil does not work. Its so strange, like I said I use shift as my crouch button and that works just fine.
Its like there are 2 differend capslocks, as you can see in my screenshots I have capslock configured as my walk button. But I have to configure it again for it to work. It does save what I change otherwise it wouldnt say I have capslock as my walk button, it just does not work.

Well I guess il just have to stop walking and hope the problem fixes itself sometime.

Do you another keyboard try changing with it or another PC,try opening your account there and change control their,it might solve this if your windows/CF is causing this issue.

If you still get this error and can't get use to new control,you can ask support they might have a solution.

I dont known if its usefull or linked but ... since i play this game (years), i can't save my controls. I need to enter them again each time i change server, a lot of times per day.

I'm using azerty (and to use the qwerty layer on make my keyboard totally mad with CF).
