Error Loading ZP: This transaction was not successful

Hello, I thought I'd move it here, since the "Billing Support" is sleeping (I sent a ticket about a month ago with issues regarding ZP - that I had to drop, since it's been ages). Perhaps the community could help me.

The last time I bought ZP I had problems on purchasing two in a row ($17.49 x 2). Now, it's happening again; I bought the $17.49 worth of ZP, then I tried to buy it again, but it just keeps on saying "An error has occurred (This transaction is not successful)."

Last time it took about an hour and I was able to buy again, this time it's been 20 hours almost, and still can't.

I'm using AMEX prepaid gift card that's attached to my PayPal since you guys don't have an option for VISA, MasterCard, etc. Also, my card has more than enough balance to buy what I'm trying to buy. I've also tested buying something worth $1 from somewhere else and the transaction went through.

UPDATE: THE TRANSACTION FINALLY WENT THROUGH AFTER 22 HOURS.
