hi, i bought yesterday 100k of zp. and after a couple of minuts i tried to buy again 50k of zp and an error pops up and say: at this time, we are unable to process your request.
my credit card is 100% valid and registered and of course with funds.
here is a picture of the annoyin error.

idont know what is going on here.
but u guys have to upgrade your service that people stop facing problems like that.

I THINK I've had this problem before, and it only allows you to make one purchase for security reasons. I believe you'll have to wait 12-24 hours to charge the other 50k, I know it can be REALLY annoying when trying to buy a VIP or whatever, but it's just a precautionary to avoid kids abusing their mothers credit cards.

mmm ic. i think 12 hours already passed. what did u do to make it work? just to wait?
because i already opened 3 paypal accounts with the same credit card to try if it will let me buy, and same error pops up till now.
what i have to do just wait?

If billing issues were a simple thing, I'd be able to tell you what the reason probably is. However, billing is... complicated. This is why it would be better if you submitted a ticket to the billing department. They can look up your account and see why this might be happening to you.

ya ql_la i sent a ticket they told me this error appears cos this method of buying zp has a limit for buyers per day,
so ill just wait 24 hours and ill try to buy agian.

That's great that it was solved! That was my first guess, but it could have easily been something else that was specific to your account. This is why I don't assume with billing issues
