CF Summer Event Button Not Working

So I tried to see how much marks I encountered, and whenever I press the ''Check Reward Status'' it wouldn't show up! It just has a blue outline for 1 sec and disappears!


Does this mean I have to calculate it myself? Because I lost track of it now .-.
