Unable to Load ltmsg.dll

When i Join Crossfire its Completed 100% Step13 but i Get after that (Unable to Load ltmsg.dll) i replaced the file and same error
Any one Help Me :S

delete the file and let the patcher download the file for you and also keep a backup of your file and if doesn't fix the issue re download the game and install again.

Add Crossfire to the exceptions of your Firewall and your Antivirus and reinstall the game.
