Settings won't save

so I just got bak and I can't change any graphic settings, like it wont save anything i change. for ex:sound, blood on/off, fullscreen/window, mouse sensitivity setting, etc. is there a way to solve this?

Welcome new bugs,haven't played yet so can't guide you but if it is a bug i hope [GM]Chaosta report it to Dev's or fixes this himself if he can

I've had that happen before where it wouldn't save other settings. There's a .dat file in Documents>Crossfire that is responsible for saving your in-game settings, I don't remember which one it is but if you delete it then start CF it'll make a new copy of that file that is set to all default settings. Before doing that you'd need to go into your in-game settings and write down all of your current settings so you can change them back later, if you have multiple CF accounts they all use the same file so you'd need to write down your settings for all of your accounts.

I believe it's System.dat but I'm not sure. You could always do a clean reinstall of CF, just make sure to write down all of your in-game settings for all of your CF accounts first and make backups of any screenshots and replays you want to save.
