No in game sound

Guys help me here, i have no sound in game, i already re-instaled CF
I have sound on ingame.. i dont know waht to do, i use windows 7 and my antivirus is Avast
If you know something or if you have the solution tell me plz thx

I have the same problem with my In-ear headphones.

I don't use my headset because it's too hot here,but with the in-ears the sound in cf doesn't work at all
