If you get recorded and reported, Then yes. you banned.

If you find a glitch and you send a report about it = you wont get banned

If you find a glitch and you keep on using it/exploiting it = you will eventually get banned

It's been answered several times already, pity that I have to close it because people keep answering the same thing and others are getting mad about useless replies.
