ZP tier item ideas.

i was thinking if this game (CrossFire) have tiers for each and every ZP spenders . i.e. Items, Perm. Guns and some other bonuses for every corresponding ZP deposit/use . Few examples to implement this is :
1. ZP spenders mostly use their ZP's to get guns but what if they weren't lucky enough to get one ? By having a tier spending for specific number of ZP used they will get a gun and or items that will keep their heads high .
2. By having a tier people have a win-win situation even if they were not able to get the items they wanted.
3. by having tier bonuses , its like a collateral for players.
4. NO ONE LIKES THE FEELING OF LOSING
