Mouse Delay
I've recently bought a new mouse because my old one broke. I bought the same one:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRAND-NEW-DELL-MOUSE-USB-Optical-Scroll-Mouse-For-Desktop-Laptop-MS111-MS111-P-/400919074487?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item5d58a396b7
The old one worked perfectly and had no problems. Although it's the same mouse this one has some delays when turning more than 90° or 180°. So, the speed of the turn (when it's a longer one e.g works normally at 5°) doesn't correspond to the speed of my physical mouse turning, but instead has a more slow consistent speed (kinda like a cap).
PS: I know my mouse is cheap xD
EDIT: This only happens in crossfire

I've also noticed if i do a very quick swipe, the cursor stops and doesn't go any further..
Try changing the mouse's male header into another USB port + install drivers from windows update and if you have windows 8.1/8/7 Mouse Acceleration Fix -
maybe the mouse have an issue,as it is cheap purchase another one or you can return it i think(14 days limit) but first try this:

I changed the usb port and it installed new drivers but no luck T_T. I also tried that Mouse Acceleration Fix link. Tbh i don't think its mouse acceleration, but something close to it. -

Unfortunately, the problem still persists even after buying a new mouse. FML.
I refunded the other one and bought this one:

Atm I have 3 mice; they're all the same. 1st one is the old one and it's broken because I smashed it too much, 2nd one the £6 one has the problem with the delay and the 3rd one is the new one which has the same exact delay problem. Note: the 1st one doesn't have the same problem as the other ones and it's the same mouse. I also found out that when I increase my sensitivity to about 40, it works fine. My normal sensitivity is 6. I also tried the mouse on an another game called Ballistic (FPS) and the same problem occurs which means it can only be noticed in fps games. -
I've fixed this issue by buying a gaming mouse. Gaming mouses are made for games including fps therefore it wouldn't have any type of mouse acceleration on them. I bought the razer abyssus.
I'm looking for some advice on sensitivity though: i used to have 1000 dpi and 6 sensitivity in-game. However for this mouse i only have the options 450, 1800 and 3500 (on-the-fly)
How does the crossfire sensitivity work? Because it's out of 100 and you set it to 6 does it only use 6% of your DPI or splits it to 6%? I also have a sensitivity configurator software but i don't know in what way it alters my DPI. It's out of 10; does this mean you split it? So if i set it to 1800 and to 5 on my software will it be 900 overall? Also what's the best DPI setting for FPS games.
Here's how it looks like:
-
Try 1800 dpi with the Razer on-the-fly sensitivity set to 5, and you may have to increase your in-game CF sensitivity a little to get the same feel you had before.
I was thinking about that or 1800 dpi and 3.3 sensitivity in-game because 1800/1000 = 1.8, 6/1.8 = 3.3. But im not sure if it works. I'll try both ways and then do a test on how far the cursor goes across the mouse pad. -

i set it to 5.5 and i think that should be 1000 dpi. I did a test and roughly i think it's the same however im not able to fully tell since that mouse had negative mouse accel. -
I had the same issue today and buyed a new pc mouse, now i see this here, what happend right now with the game any solutions guys?
probably killua can guide you as he experienced it and im started to thinking that this issue is caused by CF,hope it gets fixed and someone finds a solution or else it seems we will have to purchase gaming mice .-. -

I dont think it's the game, but the mouse. You only notice it when you play fps games.
I think voyager's right about it being built into newer mice as i've tried 3 new mouses so far and all of them have the same delay. Since the majority of pc users dont use mice for fps gaming I would understand why they would add mouse accel.
Therefore the only solution I could think of would be buying a gaming mouse as they are designed for games including fps games. This means they won't have mouse accel built into them; it worked for me. Mine is not that expensive compared to other gaming mice and maybe you dont want to spend a ton on just a mouse either:
