Big Technical Problems

Now i have 2 Big problems

The 1st Problem that i have Registered in 2012 and now i Trying to open my acc .. But it says that the acc isn't exist .. So I try to sign up from new with the same name .. it says that the name is already taken , I try another name but on the Same email and it succeed now it's must be problem in your data i have 2 photos with the 2 massages that prove i do 2 accounts n one email but i don't know how to upload them here .

2nd Problem I Didn't open the game for a While now I try to open it .. S it make it's usual patch but it comes in Step and Stop The Step says
Downloading
Extracting 2N.cab 10%
and a bar which stop filling i have a photo too ..

please any one could help me try to help me Because i'm hopeless
