X-trap error 104

"The acces to xtrap patch server is unstable or x-trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please,restart game."
So I decided to download this game again after a long time and when I start the game the x-trap starts updating and gives me the error.

I've tried disabling my antivirus and running as administrator.
I've already re-installed the game twice and it didnt solve the problem.

EDIT: I re-installed the game for the third time and this time it worked for some reason.
