'Unknown Error' Clan Creation

Hey, guys I'm trying to create a clan and when i press 'open' a popup comes out and says 'Unknown Error'..... I tried this a few times and it still doesn't work.....

Try to make a clan from anther computer, its maybe a changes in your file.

i also wanted to create this clan but when ever i press Enter this error also comes out in popup IDK whts the problem
