new account, cant login to game.

i made a new accounts because i wanted to make a fresh new start to this game, but it seems i can not login to the game at all, i can log in to the website perfectly fine but when it comes down trying to login to the game it just says "incorrect username or password" which is quite bad because i know the login, because i can get on the website to make this post about it.

Please someone help.

I suggest that you try again. If it does not work, please change your password on the site, and then log in.

This should work - if it doesn't though, please let us know.

I just created a new account as well and tried to log in but it didn't work. And even with changing the password i can't log in. Please help.

I may have something similar with my alt. I can login ingame but I cant login on website/forum/deposit page,etc. I have that acc for years.

So that we can take a look at this situation further, please submit a ticket to Account Administration, and make sure that the Login ID that you put into the support form is for your alt with this problem.

I did that,(but first time I submitted to wrong category lel) but when I went to Account Adminsitration...2 choices: either recovery or change email. I dont want to do either,I just want to know WHY I can login ingame but cant on the website... I dont want to recover or change anything lol.

It's ok! Just choose either option, but make sure to explain the issue in the additional information section
