I have wasted almost about 2 thousand dollars in 3 years from now and you guys dont help retreve an account that I had for a longtime. I made a ticket with lots of proof and pictures and u do nothing to help me what a waste of money and time I play this game. I was hoping to get my account back and purchase more zp because I want try the new wep. But its a waste of money if you wont help me.

I completely understand how rage inducing it is to not be able to recover an account - especially one that has a lot of money put into it.

Sometimes there is not enough information on the support form in an account ticket for us to confirm that you own the account. The information that we ask for on the account form is the information that matters. Unfortunately screenshots of you being in game cannot confirm ownership, since it could be anyone on the account at the time it was taken.
